Dhruva’s War with the Yakṣas and the Protection of the Holy Name
उत्तमस्त्वकृतोद्वाहो मृगयायां बलीयसा । हत: पुण्यजनेनाद्रौ तन्मातास्य गतिं गता ॥ ३ ॥
uttamas tv akṛtodvāho mṛgayāyāṁ balīyasā hataḥ puṇya-janenādrau tan-mātāsya gatiṁ gatā
ધ્રુવ મહારાજનો નાનો ભાઈ ઉત્તમ, જે હજી અવિવાહિત હતો, એક વખત શિકાર માટે ગયો અને હિમાલયમાં એક શક્તિશાળી યક્ષ દ્વારા મારાયો. તેની માતા સુરુચિ પણ પુત્રના માર્ગે જ ગઈ (દેહ ત્યાગ કર્યો)।
