शत्रुनाशनम्। आदानेन संदानेनामित्राना द्यामसि । अपाना ये चैषां प्राणा असुनासून्त्समच्छिदन्

IAST Transliteration

śatrunā́śanam | ādā́nena saṃdā́nena amítrān dyā́masi | apānā́ yé ca eṣā́ṃ prāṇā́ ásunā́ asū́n sám-acchidan

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Enemy-destruction. By seizure and by binding-fast we bind the foes; their downward breaths and their life-breaths—by (their own) life-force—have wholly cut off their lives.

Translation

શત્રુનાશન. આદાન (પકડી બાંધવું) અને સંદાન (બંધન) દ્વારા અમે અમિત્રોને દૃઢ રીતે બાંધીએ છીએ. તેમના અપાનવાયુ અને પ્રાણવાયુ—તેમના જ અસુ (જીવશક્તિ) વડે—તેમના પ્રાણને સર્વથા કાપી નાખે.
