नास्य क्षत्ता निष्कग्रीवः सूनानामेत्यग्रतः । यस्मिन् राष्ट्रे निरुध्यते ब्रह्मजायाचित्त्या
nā́syā kṣattā́ níṣkagrīvaḥ sū́nānām eti ágrataḥ | yásmin rāṣṭré nirudhyáte brahmajāyā́cittyā ||
No neck-ornamented attendant of his goes forth in front of his sons, in that realm wherein one is held in check for intent toward the Brahman’s wife.
જે રાજ્યમાં બ્રાહ્મણની પત્ની પ્રત્યે દુર્ભાવ/કામના રાખવાના અપરાધ માટે મનુષ્યને રોકી રાખવામાં આવે છે, તે રાજ્યમાં તેના પુત્રોની આગળ ગળામાં નિષ્ક (હાર/કંઠાભૂષણ) ધારણ કરનાર તેનો ક્ષત્તા (સેવક/પરિચારક) આગળ વધતો નથી.
