Sukta 3
वनस्पतिः सह देवैर्न आगन् रक्षः पिशाचाँ अपबाधमानः । स उच्छ्रयातै प्र वदाति वाचं तेन लोकाँ अभि सर्वान् जयेम
vanaspátiḥ sahá deváir na āgán rákṣaḥ piśācā́m̐ apabā́dhamānaḥ | sá ucchrā́yātai prá vadāti vā́caṃ téna lokā́m̐ abhí sárvān jayema ||
The Lord of the Wood, with Gods in company, hath come to us, thrusting away the Rákṣas and the Piśācas. When he is set aloft he uttereth speech aloud: thereby may we prevail against, and conquer, all the worlds.
વનસ્પતિનો સ્વામી, દેવો સાથે, અમારી પાસે આવ્યો છે—રક્ષસ અને પિશાચોને દૂર હાંકી કાઢતો. જ્યારે તેને ઊંચે સ્થાપિત કરવામાં આવે છે, ત્યારે તે ઉંચે અવાજે વાણી ઉચ્ચારે છે; તેના દ્વારા અમે સર્વ લોકોને અભિમુખ થઈ જીતીએ.
