अन्यैरमात्यगुणैरयुक्ता ह्येते ॥ कZ_०१.८.१५ ॥
Transliteration
anyair amātyaguṇair ayuktā hy ete
Translation
કારણ કે આ (કાર્ય-નિષ્પાદકો) મંત્રીઓ માટે જરૂરી અન્ય ગુણોથી હજી પણ યુક્ત ન હોઈ શકે.
