अकामायाः कुमार्या वा साहसे उत्तमो दण्डः सकामायाः पूर्वः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.२७.१३ ॥

Transliteration

akāmāyāḥ kumāryā vā sāhase uttamo daṇḍaḥ sakāmāyāḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

અનિચ્છુક સ્ત્રી અથવા કુમારી પર લૈંગિક હુમલો/સાહસમાં ઉત્તમ (સર્વોચ્ચ) સાહસદંડ; અને તે સંમત હોય તો પૂર્વ (પ્રથમ/ન્યૂનતમ) સાહસદંડ.
