ऊर्ध्वबाहुरनेनैव स्तुत्वा सम्भुं तथैव च मानस्तोकेति च ऋचा शिखाबन्धे कृते नरः

ūrdhvabāhuranenaiva stutvā sambhuṃ tathaiva ca mānastoketi ca ṛcā śikhābandhe kṛte naraḥ

બાહુ ઊંચા કરીને આ જ રીતે શંભુ (શિવ)ની સ્તુતિ કરવી. તેમજ શિખાબંધ કરતી વેળા ‘મા નઃ સ્તોકે…’થી આરંભ થતી ઋચાનો પાઠ કરવો.
