Worship of the Nine Vyūhas (Nava-vyūha-arcana)
આ અધ્યાયમાં પૂર્વવર્તી દીપદાન-વ્રતનું સમાપન દર્શાવી તરત જ હરિપ્રદત્ત નવવ્યૂહ-અર્ચનાની તકનીકી વિધિ શરૂ થાય છે. અગ્નિ કમળ-મંડળની રચના શીખવે છે—મધ્યમાં વાસુદેવ, દિશાઓમાં સંકર્ષણ, પ્રદ્યુમ્ન, અનિરુદ્ધ અને નારાયણ; દરેક સાથે વિશિષ્ટ બીજાક્ષર, તત્ત્વ/કર્મસ્થાન અને જલ-સ્થાપન વગેરેનું નિર્દેશન છે. આગળ સદ્બ્રહ્મા, વિષ્ણુ, નૃસિંહ, ભૂરવરાહ વગેરે રૂપોના મંત્ર-બીજ વિન્યાસ, દ્વારસ્થાન તથા પશ્ચિમ ભાગમાં સહાયક ન્યાસ, ગરુડ અને ગદા-મંત્રોની વિશેષ પ્રક્રિયાઓ વર્ણવાય છે. પછી બાહ્ય મંડલથી આંતરિક સાધના—દશાંગ-ક્રમ પૂજા, દિક્પાલો માટે ઘટ-સ્થાપન, તોરણ-વિતાન કલ્પના અને ચંદ્રામૃત ધ્યાન. અંતે બાર બીજોથી ન્યાસ કરીને ‘દિવ્ય દેહ’ રચના, પુષ્પક્ષેપથી શિષ્ય-ઓળખ, શુદ્ધિ માટે હોમ સંખ્યાઓ અને દીક્ષા-દક્ષિણા જણાવાઈ—દીક્ષાને આ કર્મવિજ્ઞાનની સામાજિક તથા આધ્યાત્મિક મુદ્રા ગણાવવામાં આવી છે।
