Chapter 130: घातचक्रम् (Ghāta-cakra) — Maṇḍalas, Portents, and Regional Prognostics for Victory
ભગવાન અગ્નિ ઘાતચક્રનું ઉપદેશ આરંભીને વિજયલક્ષી મંડલોને ચાર વિભાગમાં સમજાવે છે અને પછી આગ્નેય મંડલના લક્ષણો વિશેષ રીતે વર્ણવે છે. વિકૃત પવન, સૂર્ય-ચંદ્રના પરિષ્કાર/પરિવેષ, ભૂકંપ, ભયંકર ગર્જના, ગ્રહણ, ધૂમકેતુ, ધૂમ્ર જ્વાળા, રક્તવર્ષા, તીવ્ર ઉષ્મા અને શિલાપાત જેવા અપશકુનોને રોગ, દુર્ભિક્ષ, દૂધની ઉપજ ઘટવી અને પાકનાશ જેવી સામાજિક-પર્યાવરણીય વ્યથાઓ સાથે જોડવામાં આવ્યા છે. ત્યારબાદ નક્ષત્ર અનુસાર આ નિમિત્તોના ભૂ-રાજકીય ફળ જણાવે છે—ઉત્તરાપથ તથા અન્ય જનપદોમાં નિશ્ચિત નક્ષત્રકાળે પતન, અને વાયવ્ય, વારુણ, માહેન્દ્ર જેવી દિશા/તત્ત્વાધિપત્યવાળી નક્ષત્રશ્રેણીઓથી વિનાશથી આરોગ્ય-સમૃદ્ધિ સુધી ભિન્ન પરિણામ. મુખગ્રામ-પુચ્છગ્રામ જેવા ગ્રામપ્રકારો, એક રાશિમાં ચંદ્ર–રાહુ–સૂર્ય સંયોગ, તથા તિથિસંધિએ સોમગ્રામ નક્કી કરવાનો નિયમ પણ છે. સમગ્ર અધ્યાય ધર્મરક્ષાર્થે યુદ્ધજ્યોતિષ અને રાજ્ય-પ્રગ્નોસ્ટિક્સરૂપ આગ્નેય વિદ્યાનું દર્શન કરાવે છે।
