पितॄनुद्दिश्य यस्तत्र पिंडान्निर्वापयिष्यति । तृप्तास्तु पितरो यान्ति विष्णुलोकं न संशयः
pitṝnuddiśya yastatra piṃḍānnirvāpayiṣyati | tṛptāstu pitaro yānti viṣṇulokaṃ na saṃśayaḥ
Quiconque, en ce lieu, ayant en vue les Pitṛs (ancêtres), offre les oblations de piṇḍa, voit ses ancêtres, rassasiés, gagner le monde de Viṣṇu ; il n’y a là aucun doute.
