Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 123

पुनः स्नात्वा प्रभाते तु कर्त्तव्यं शिवपूजनम् । पूजनीयाश्च यतयो भोजनाच्छादनादिभिः

punaḥ snātvā prabhāte tu karttavyaṃ śivapūjanam | pūjanīyāśca yatayo bhojanācchādanādibhiḥ

Ensuite, après s’être baigné de nouveau à l’aube, qu’on accomplisse le culte de Śiva. Les ascètes aussi doivent être honorés par la nourriture, les vêtements et d’autres offrandes.
