Transliteration

tasyāṃ tu sarvathā rājanyātrāṃ tasya samācaret | kedārasya mahārāja prakuryātpūjanaṃ nṛpa

Translation

En ce jour-là (Śivarātri), ô roi, il faut assurément entreprendre le pèlerinage; et, ô grand roi, accomplir le culte de Kedāra, ô souverain.
