तस्माद्विरम भद्रं ते निर्दोषासि पतिव्रते । विरराम ततः साध्वी गौतमी मरणान्नृप

tasmādvirama bhadraṃ te nirdoṣāsi pativrate | virarāma tataḥ sādhvī gautamī maraṇānnṛpa

«Cesse donc ; que le bien t’advienne : tu es sans faute, ô épouse fidèle (pativratā).» Alors la vertueuse Gautamī renonça à la mort, ô roi.
