एकाकिनाऽपि मर्त्तव्यं यस्मान्मया त्वया विना । यदि मां सहितं तत्र त्वया व्याघ्रो वधिष्यति
ekākinā'pi marttavyaṃ yasmānmayā tvayā vinā | yadi māṃ sahitaṃ tatra tvayā vyāghro vadhiṣyati
Puisque je dois mourir même seul, sans toi ; si là-bas le tigre doit me tuer alors que je suis avec toi, qu’il en soit ainsi.
