Transliteration

yastu māghacaturddaśyāṃ somavāre nṛpottama | śuklāyāṃ vātha kṛṣṇāyāṃ spṛṣṭvā siddho bhavennaraḥ

Translation

Mais l’homme qui, ô meilleur des rois, le quatorzième jour lunaire de Māgha, tombant un lundi—qu’il soit en quinzaine claire ou sombre—touche le lieu/objet sacré, devient accompli.
