Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 67

देवाश्चिनौ तदाहूय व्याधीन्हंतुं तदा भृतिम् । ददौ ताभ्यां प्रयत्नेन गणयित्वा सुबुद्धिमान्

devāścinau tadāhūya vyādhīnhaṃtuṃ tadā bhṛtim | dadau tābhyāṃ prayatnena gaṇayitvā subuddhimān

Alors, ayant mandé les deux Aśvins, le Sage, d’un soin attentif, leur confia la charge d’anéantir ces maladies, avec effort et discernement.
