दक्षेणोक्तो महाविष्णुरुवाच परिसांत्वयन् । त्रैगण्यविषया वेदाः संभवंति न चान्यथा
dakṣeṇokto mahāviṣṇuruvāca parisāṃtvayan | traigaṇyaviṣayā vedāḥ saṃbhavaṃti na cānyathā
Ainsi interpellé par Dakṣa, Mahāviṣṇu répondit en le consolant doucement : « Les Veda naissent avec les trois guṇa pour domaine ; il n’en va pas autrement. »
