Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 40

द्वंद्वातीतो निर्विकल्पो हि साक्षात्स्वस्थो नित्यो नित्ययुक्तो निरीहः । कूटस्थो वै कल्पभेदप्रवादैर्बहिष्कृतो बोधबोध्यो ह्यनन्तः

dvaṃdvātīto nirvikalpo hi sākṣātsvastho nityo nityayukto nirīhaḥ | kūṭastho vai kalpabhedapravādairbahiṣkṛto bodhabodhyo hyanantaḥ

Au-delà de toutes les paires d’opposés, libre de toute construction mentale, directement établi en soi—éternel, toujours uni, sans désir—Il demeure immuable. Par-delà les querelles sur les différences d’âges et de cycles, Il est l’Infini : pure conscience, connaissable seulement par l’éveil.
