ते सेने सुरदैत्यानां शुशुभाते परस्परम् । हंतुकामास्तदा ते वै स्तूयमानाश्च बन्धुभिः

te sene suradaityānāṃ śuśubhāte parasparam | haṃtukāmāstadā te vai stūyamānāśca bandhubhiḥ

Ces deux armées des dieux et des daityas brillaient l'une face à l'autre, désireuses de s'abattre mutuellement, tout en étant louées par leurs proches.
