Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta), in narration to the sages (deduced)
Tirtha: Rudrākṣa (as śaiva sacred object) within Kedāra-mahātmya frame
Type: kshetra
Listener: dvijottamāḥ / brāhmaṇas
Scene: A devotee wearing a single prominent ekamukha rudrākṣa at the throat/chest, meditating on Śiva; above, a luminous Rudra-loka vision with Śiva’s presence and attendant gaṇas, conveying ‘rejoicing in Rudra’s proximity’.
Constant remembrance of Rudra through sacred emblems like rudrākṣa is said to lead to communion with Rudra.
No single tīrtha is named; the verse belongs to Kedārakhaṇḍa, where Kedāra’s Śaiva milieu frames these practices.
Continual wearing of the ekamukhī rudrākṣa is praised; pañcamukhī is also highlighted as especially revered.
