त्रिविष्टपं मुदा युक्तैः किमस्माभिः प्रयोजनम् । पुरास्माभिः कृतं मैत्रं भवद्भिः स्वार्थतत्परैः । अधुना विदितं तत्तु नात्र कार्या विचारणा

triviṣṭapaṃ mudā yuktaiḥ kimasmābhiḥ prayojanam | purāsmābhiḥ kṛtaṃ maitraṃ bhavadbhiḥ svārthatatparaiḥ | adhunā viditaṃ tattu nātra kāryā vicāraṇā

«À quoi nous sert Triviṣṭapa (le ciel), fût-il accompagné de joie ? Jadis nous avons scellé l’amitié avec vous, mais vous n’êtes attachés qu’à votre seul intérêt. Maintenant que cela est connu, il n’y a plus lieu de délibérer ici.»
