प्रातिवेश्मकपुत्री त्वं मयानीयात्र पोषिता । भार्यार्थं सुचिरं कालं तत्कार्यं साधय प्रिये
prātiveśmakaputrī tvaṃ mayānīyātra poṣitā | bhāryārthaṃ suciraṃ kālaṃ tatkāryaṃ sādhaya priye
«Tu es la fille d’un voisin, que j’ai amenée ici et élevée. Longtemps je t’ai gardée en vue d’une épouse ; accomplis maintenant ce dessein, ô bien-aimée.»
