कौथुम उवाच । एवं ते वदमानस्य आयुर्भवतु ब्रह्मणः । साध्वी बुद्धिरियं तेऽस्तु कुतो नाध्येष्यतः परम्

kauthuma uvāca | evaṃ te vadamānasya āyurbhavatu brahmaṇaḥ | sādhvī buddhiriyaṃ te'stu kuto nādhyeṣyataḥ param

Kauthuma dit : «Puisque tu parles ainsi, puisses-tu avoir la longévité de Brahmā. Que cette noble intelligence soit tienne—comment ne poursuivrais-tu pas une étude plus élevée ?»
