Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) to the sages (deduced)
Scene: A golden-hued Sūrya is invited to a lotus-seat; attendants prepare kṣīra-abhiṣeka and jala-snāna; two spotless white garments are offered, one tied at the waist and one draped over the limbs; ritual vessels gleam, and the altar is orderly and luminous.
Devotion is expressed through orderly hospitality—seat, bath, and clothing—affirming the deity’s living presence and the worshipper’s humility.
No specific tīrtha is mentioned; it is a ritual manual-style passage for Sūrya-pūjā.
Offer a lotus-seat, perform milk-bathing and water-bathing with mantras, then offer a pair of white garments as waist-ornament and body-covering.
