देवाग्निगुरुसाधूनां निंदा गोब्राह्मणस्य च । प्रत्यक्षं वा परोक्षं वा राज्ञां मंडलिनामपि

devāgnigurusādhūnāṃ niṃdā gobrāhmaṇasya ca | pratyakṣaṃ vā parokṣaṃ vā rājñāṃ maṃḍalināmapi

Médire des dieux, du feu sacré du sacrifice (Agni), des maîtres et des saints; de même outrager les vaches et les brāhmaṇa—ouvertement ou en secret—et même dire du mal des rois et des gouvernants, est blâmé comme une conduite pécheresse.
