Nārada (narrating his request and the king’s assent)
Type: kshetra
Listener: King (in-scene) and the frame-audience (sages)
Scene: A formal act of donation: the king grants wealth and a demarcated tract of land; Nārada receives with composed detachment, while the king simultaneously thinks about protection and remaining duties.
Dharmic giving includes responsible provision and protection: grants of wealth and land are meaningful when safeguarded for righteous use.
No named tīrtha appears; the verse is administrative-dharmic, concerning land and wealth for religious ends.
A dāna-related act is implied: granting wealth and a measured tract of land; no further rite is specified in this verse.
