दशोत्तरेण पयसा वृतं तच्चापि तेजसा । तेजश्च वायुना वायुर्नभ साहंतया च तत्

Transliteration

daśottareṇa payasā vṛtaṃ taccāpi tejasā | tejaśca vāyunā vāyurnabha sāhaṃtayā ca tat

Translation

Cette enceinte est recouverte d’eau, dix fois au-delà d’elle, et cette eau encore par le feu (tejas). Le feu est enveloppé par le vent, et le vent par l’espace—chacun dépassant le précédent d’une mesure décuple.
