स्नात्वार्णवमहीतोये तस्य स्यान्मनसेप्सितम् । कार्तिके च चतुर्द्देश्यां कृष्णायां श्रद्धयान्वितः
snātvārṇavamahītoye tasya syānmanasepsitam | kārtike ca caturddeśyāṃ kṛṣṇāyāṃ śraddhayānvitaḥ
Après s’être baigné dans les eaux de l’océan et dans les eaux sacrées de la terre, le vœu désiré du cœur s’accomplit—surtout au mois de Kārttika, le quatorzième jour de la quinzaine sombre, lorsqu’on agit avec une foi fervente.
