विचेतनो मुहूर्तात्स संस्तभ्य मथनः पुनः । गृहीत्वा परिघं मूर्ध्नि जनार्दनमताडयत्

vicetano muhūrtātsa saṃstabhya mathanaḥ punaḥ | gṛhītvā parighaṃ mūrdhni janārdanamatāḍayat

Mathana, rendu inconscient un instant, reprit ses esprits ; saisissant alors une massue de fer, il frappa Janardana à la tête.
