Type: kshetra
Scene: Brahmā (or a revered founder figure) ceremonially ‘establishes’ brāhmaṇas at Puṣkara; a map-like vista shows Puṣkara lake and, separately, the fertile Gaṅgā-Yamunā Doāb with āśramas and yajña-smoke rising.
Dharma is sustained by establishing learned brāhmaṇas in sacred and central regions to guide society.
Puṣkara is explicitly mentioned, and the Gaṅgā–Yamunā region (Madhyadeśa) is highlighted as a sacred heartland.
No specific rite is prescribed; the emphasis is on dharmic settlement/establishment of brāhmaṇas in key sacred regions.
