Transliteration

maheśvara uvāca | nāmāni śṛṇu me brahmanmukhyāni dvijasattama | durlabhānyalpapuṇyānāṃ kāmadāni sadā bhuvi

Translation

Maheśvara dit : Ô brahmane, le meilleur des deux-fois-nés, écoute de moi ces noms principaux : sur la terre ils exaucent toujours les vœux, mais ils sont difficiles à obtenir pour ceux qui ont peu de mérite.
