व्यास उवाच । सूतावधेहि धर्मात्मञ्जातूकर्ण्य निशामय । शुकवैशंपायनाद्याः शृण्वंत्वपि च बालकाः
vyāsa uvāca | sūtāvadhehi dharmātmañjātūkarṇya niśāmaya | śukavaiśaṃpāyanādyāḥ śṛṇvaṃtvapi ca bālakāḥ
Vyāsa dit : «Ô Sūta, toi dont l’âme est vouée au dharma, écoute ; ô Jātūkarṇya. Que Śuka, Vaiśaṃpāyana et les autres, et même les jeunes élèves, entendent cela aussi.»
