ततो विवर्णतां प्राप्ताः सर्वे देवाः सवासवाः । नाग्निर्जज्वाल च तथा यथाज्याहुतिभिः पुरा

tato vivarṇatāṃ prāptāḥ sarve devāḥ savāsavāḥ | nāgnirjajvāla ca tathā yathājyāhutibhiḥ purā

Alors tous les dieux, ainsi que Vāsava, pâlirent ; et le feu ne flamboyait plus comme autrefois lorsqu'il était nourri d'oblations de ghee.
