मनो मे चरणद्वंद्वे तव स्थास्यति निश्चलम् । क्रतुं द्रष्टुं पितुर्यामि नैक्षि यज्ञो मया क्वचित्
mano me caraṇadvaṃdve tava sthāsyati niścalam | kratuṃ draṣṭuṃ pituryāmi naikṣi yajño mayā kvacit
Mon esprit demeurera immobile à tes deux pieds. Je vais chez mon père seulement pour voir le sacrifice ; je n’y vais pas pour accomplir moi-même quelque yajña que ce soit.»
