न मत्स्या नैव कमठा न वराहाश्च केनचित् । हन्यंते क्वापि तद्भीत्या मत्स्यमांसाशिनापि वै

na matsyā naiva kamaṭhā na varāhāśca kenacit | hanyaṃte kvāpi tadbhītyā matsyamāṃsāśināpi vai

Dans son royaume, ni poissons, ni tortues, ni sangliers ne furent jamais tués par quiconque, en aucun lieu—par crainte de son autorité—même par ceux qui avaient l’habitude de manger poisson et viande.
