Pārvatī
Tirtha: Vīreśa
Type: kshetra
Listener: Maheśāna (Śiva)
Scene: Pārvatī, seated beside Maheśāna, speaks of the famed Vīreśa-liṅga; in the background, a vision of Siddhas—more than a hundred—rising in luminous ascent from Kāśī’s sacred precincts.
The verse frames Vīreśvara as a powerful Kāśī-sthala where perfected beings attain supreme realization.
Vīreśvara (Vīreśa) in Kāśī.
No explicit ritual; it introduces the topic by praising the site’s siddhi-bestowing greatness.
