Transliteration

śuklarādhatṛtīyāyāṃ snātvā pailipile hrade | upoṣaṇaparā bhaktyā rātrau jāgaraṇānvitāḥ

Translation

Au troisième tithi de la quinzaine claire, après s’être baignés dans le lac de Pailipila, voués au jeûne avec dévotion, ils doivent veiller toute la nuit.
