Transliteration

pavitraparvaṇi sadā śrāvaṇe māsi yatnataḥ | liṃge pavitramāropya mahādeve na garbhabhāk

Translation

Lors du saint Pavitraparvan, surtout au mois de Śrāvaṇa, qu’on pose avec soin le fil ou la guirlande « pavitra » sur le Liṅga ; en l’offrant à Mahādeva, on ne retourne plus dans le sein (on est délivré de la renaissance).
