Type: kund
Scene: Devī pronounces a boon over the shining tank; pilgrims step into glowing waters with folded hands, while the Goddess ascends skyward.
Pilgrimage and tīrtha-snānā, when done with faith, become channels for siddhi and dharmic fulfillment.
The tīrtha in this passage—contextually Amṛta-tīrtha/Dharmapuṣkariṇī in Setukhaṇḍa.
Bathing (snāna) at this tīrtha is praised as granting yathābhilāṣa-siddhi (fulfillment according to one’s wish).
