तं दृष्ट्वा देवताः सर्वाः पुत्रीगमनसादरम् । करोत्यकार्यं ब्रह्मायं पुत्रीगमनलक्षणम्
taṃ dṛṣṭvā devatāḥ sarvāḥ putrīgamanasādaram | karotyakāryaṃ brahmāyaṃ putrīgamanalakṣaṇam
Le voyant si empressé à poursuivre sa fille, tous les dieux dirent : «Ce Brahmā accomplit ce qui ne doit pas être, marqué qu’il est par la poursuite de sa propre fille.»
