प्रतिगृह्णीष्व वा मा वा ममैतत्तु गवादिकम् । निष्कलाद्वैतविज्ञानं ब्रह्मन्नुपदिशस्व मे । तदाकर्ण्य वचस्तस्य सयुग्वान्वाक्य मब्रवीत्

pratigṛhṇīṣva vā mā vā mamaitattu gavādikam | niṣkalādvaitavijñānaṃ brahmannupadiśasva me | tadākarṇya vacastasya sayugvānvākya mabravīt

«Accepte ou refuse ces présents miens—bétail et le reste. Mais, ô brāhmane, enseigne-moi la connaissance de la Réalité sans parties, non-duelle.» À ces mots, Sayugvān répondit.
