तद्ब्रूत मुनयो यूयं करिष्यामि न संशयः । अज्ञानान्मत्कृतस्यास्य पापस्यापि निवर्तकम् । प्रायश्चित्तं भवन्तो मे प्रब्रूत मुनिसत्तमाः

tadbrūta munayo yūyaṃ kariṣyāmi na saṃśayaḥ | ajñānānmatkṛtasyāsya pāpasyāpi nivartakam | prāyaścittaṃ bhavanto me prabrūta munisattamāḥ

« Parlez donc, ô sages : je le ferai sans aucun doute. Ô meilleurs des muni, dites-moi le prāyaścitta, l’expiation qui efface même ce péché commis par moi dans l’ignorance. »
