Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 9

तस्य पुण्यफलं वक्तुं शंकरो वेत्ति वा न वा । ब्रह्मकुंडसमुद्भूतं भस्म यो नैव धारयेत्

tasya puṇyaphalaṃ vaktuṃ śaṃkaro vetti vā na vā | brahmakuṃḍasamudbhūtaṃ bhasma yo naiva dhārayet

Que Śaṅkara puisse ou non dire pleinement le fruit d’un tel mérite, il est sans mesure. Mais celui qui ne porte en aucune façon la cendre issue de Brahmakuṇḍa se prive de cette aide sanctifiante.
