पार्थिवप्रतिमापूजाविधानम्
Pārthiva-pratimā Pūjā-vidhāna — Procedure for Worship of an Earthen Icon
स्वचिह्नपूजनात्प्रीतश्चिह्नकार्यं न वीयते । चिह्नकार्यं तु जन्मादिजन्माद्यं विनिवर्तते
svacihnapūjanātprītaścihnakāryaṃ na vīyate | cihnakāryaṃ tu janmādijanmādyaṃ vinivartate
Satisfait par le culte rendu à ses propres marques sacrées, (Śiva) fait que l’efficacité issue de ces marques ne décroît jamais ; et cette même efficacité dissipe la chaîne des naissances sans commencement et les causes qui mènent aux renaissances répétées.
