Determination of the Measures of Time

अहर्न विद्यते तस्य न रात्रिरिति धारयेत् । एषोपचारः क्रियते लोकानां हितकाम्यया

Transliteration

aharna vidyate tasya na rātririti dhārayet | eṣopacāraḥ kriyate lokānāṃ hitakāmyayā

Translation

Qu’on garde fermement ceci à l’esprit : pour Lui, il n’y a ni « jour » ni « nuit ». Cette manière de parler n’est employée que par souci du bien du monde (afin de guider les êtres ordinaires).
