Commencement of the Satra and the Arrival of Vāyu

It highlights śraddhā and smṛti (faithful remembrance): when the sages recognize a divinely guided arrival and recall Brahmā’s instruction, joy arises—showing that right understanding of Guru/Deva-vākya becomes an inner confirmation on the Shaiva path.
Though the Liṅga is not named here, the pattern is Shaiva: recognizing auspicious divine movement and remembering authoritative instruction prepares the mind for Saguna Shiva worship—approaching the Lord through scriptural guidance and reverent reception.
The implied practice is smaraṇa (contemplative remembrance) of the authoritative teaching; paired with Shaiva discipline, this can be supported by japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and a sattvic, observant mindset before ritual worship.
