शैवधर्मप्रशंसा तथा पञ्चविधसाधनविभागः / Praise of Śaiva Dharma and the Fivefold Classification of Practice

हृत्कण्ठतालुभ्रूमध्यब्रह्मरन्ध्रसमन्विताम् । छित्त्वा पर्यष्टकाकारं स्वात्मानं च सुषुम्णया

hṛtkaṇṭhatālubhrūmadhyabrahmarandhrasamanvitām | chittvā paryaṣṭakākāraṃ svātmānaṃ ca suṣumṇayā

Unissant la conscience au cœur, à la gorge, au palais, à l’espace entre les sourcils et au brahma-randhra (l’ouverture du sommet), puis perçant l’enveloppe octuple, qu’on élève son propre être vers le haut par la suṣumṇā.
