Puis, après un long temps, lorsque l’éclat divin en ce lieu se fut pleinement manifesté, apparut un Enfant divin, jeune, aux membres tendres et d’une douceur extrême, modèle et signe visible parmi tous les jeunes êtres célestes.

Cosmic Event: A long-delayed manifestation of tejas taking embodied form (avatāra/āvirbhāva motif).
The verse highlights how subtle spiritual power (tejas) matures over time and becomes a tangible manifestation, indicating that divine grace and inner realization can crystallize into an evident, exemplary state of purity and luminosity.
It reflects a key Shaiva theme: the formless spiritual radiance can be approached as a manifest form (saguṇa), just as the Linga is worshipped as a visible focus through which the transcendent Shiva is realized.
Meditate on Shiva as inner tejas—steady japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with disciplined purity—so that sustained practice ripens into clear spiritual brilliance and virtuous conduct.
