पीडयंत्यतिभारेणाऽसहंतं वाहयंति च । योजयन्नकृताहारान्न विमुंचंति संयतान्
pīḍayaṃtyatibhāreṇā'sahaṃtaṃ vāhayaṃti ca | yojayannakṛtāhārānna vimuṃcaṃti saṃyatān
Ils les accablent de fardeaux excessifs et les contraignent même à porter ce qu’ils ne peuvent supporter. Ils attellent ceux qui n’ont pas reçu de nourriture et ne relâchent pas ceux qui sont tenus et liés.
