दुन्दुभिनिर्ह्रादनिर्णयः / Dundubhinirhrāda’s Stratagem: Targeting the Brāhmaṇas
अदृश्यरूपी मायावी देवानामप्यगोचरः । दिवा ध्यानपरस्तिष्ठेन्मुनिवन्मुनिमध्यगः
adṛśyarūpī māyāvī devānāmapyagocaraḥ | divā dhyānaparastiṣṭhenmunivanmunimadhyagaḥ
Lui, dont la forme est invisible et qui manie une māyā merveilleuse, demeure hors d’atteinte même des dieux. Le jour, il reste entièrement absorbé dans la méditation, vivant tel un muni au milieu des munis.

It presents Śiva as agocara—beyond sensory and even divine grasp—yet accessible through dhyāna. The verse highlights that liberation-oriented knowledge arises not from mere power or intellect, but from contemplative absorption in the Supreme Pati.
Though Śiva is described as unseen and beyond perception, devotees approach Him through saguna supports such as the Śiva-liṅga and mantra. The liṅga functions as a sanctified focus for dhyāna, leading the mind from form to the formless transcendence indicated here.
The direct instruction is dhyāna—steady contemplative meditation. Practically, one may sit in purity with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma), hold rudrākṣa for japa, and internalize Śiva through mantra (e.g., Om Namaḥ Śivāya) as a support for sustained absorption.
